Job Description:

Position Summary

The Senior Analyst HCC MT Execution Team NA executes centralized approvals and due diligence assessments and supports quality assurance, process improvement, and stakeholder guidance. The role provides advanced analytical support and executes monitoring activities to identify compliance risks across the region. The role handles complex reviews, identifies patterns, and serves as a subject matter expert for monitoring processes. In addition the role supports the creation of compliance analytics, dashboards, and performance insights and contributes to ongoing improvements in compliance data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Approvals & Due Diligence
  • Conduct approvals and TPI due diligence reviews in scope for the region.
  • Identify red flags and escalate significant risks.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation and system accuracy.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and process optimization.

Monitoring & Trending
  • Conduct advanced monitoring and analytics to detect potential risks.
  • Review findings and escalate significant issues with recommendations.
  • Support enhancement of monitoring methodologies and tools.
  • Contribute to preparation of monitoring dashboards and reports.

Operational Intelligence
  • Perform data extraction, cleansing, and analysis for compliance reporting.
  • Build visual dashboards and metrics under guidance.
  • Identify anomalies or patterns in compliance data sets.
  • Maintain documentation and support improvements in analytics processes.

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with global and regional compliance leaders to ensure integration of compliance efforts.
  • Engage with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders when required.
  • Support training of new team members and provide subject matter guidance.

Reporting & Transparency
  • Deliver regular reporting to senior management and compliance committees on performance, risks, and outcomes.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and audit-readiness of all compliance decisions and processes.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools preferred.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence and/or Intelligent Automation is preferred.
  • Fluency in English required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$94,000.00 - $151,800.00

For Bay Area:
$109,000.00 - $174,800.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation -120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours per calendar year
