HR Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Guide new employees through the onboarding process, ensuring forms, background checks, and required employment documents are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain personnel records and HR files by updating employee information, organizing documentation, and preserving data accuracy within HR systems.
• Assist with benefits administration by supporting enrollments, status changes, and terminations while helping employees understand available programs.
• Provide payroll-related administrative support through timely data entry, record verification, and coordination of employee updates.
• Respond to routine HR questions from staff and help resolve requests related to policies, documentation, and general employment matters.
• Monitor HR documentation practices to support compliance with company procedures and employment-related requirements.
• Protect confidential employee information by handling records and communications with discretion and professionalism.
• Deliver day-to-day administrative support to the HR function, helping keep processes organized and operating efficiently.
