Bank Teller

We are looking for a customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado on a Contract basis. In this branch-based role, you will support daily banking activities by assisting customers with financial transactions, account-related requests, and product information. This position is ideal for someone who values accuracy, strong attention to detail, and responsive service in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage routine teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, account transfers, loan payments, and check cashing while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Reconcile and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift and keep transaction documentation organized and complete.

• Answer customer questions about account activity, banking options, and available services in a clear and helpful manner.

• Identify opportunities to recommend relevant bank products and services that align with customer needs.

• Confirm customer identity and follow established banking procedures to maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards.

• Provide support with account servicing tasks, including assisting with opening, updating, and closing accounts when required.

• Safeguard sensitive financial data by handling all customer information with discretion and sound judgment.

• Contribute to smooth branch operations and help create a welcoming, detail-oriented experience for each customer.
