Office Assistant

We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping office workflows organized, handling incoming communications, and ensuring sample and order information is processed accurately. The role includes coordinating documentation, preparing reports, and assisting with front-office tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Record incoming sample details for materials such as soil, beer, and water, ensuring volumes and related information are entered accurately.
• Prepare bottle order packages by organizing required items and confirming requests are ready for distribution.
• Produce, review, and send reports in a timely manner while maintaining clear and accurate documentation.
• Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support to help maintain an organized office environment.
• Answer inbound calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages to the correct team members.
• Scan, file, and organize documents so records remain accessible and up to date.
• Assist with general clerical activities, including data entry, correspondence support, and routine office coordination.

$15.20-$17.60 Hourly
