Paid Media Manager
Responsibilities:
• Build paid media plans that support client goals, performance targets, and channel-specific opportunities across digital platforms.
• Execute and manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic environments, ensuring each initiative is launched accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate campaign setup, trafficking, quality checks, and go-live readiness while maintaining organized structures for audiences, budgets, creative assets, and measurement.
• Track campaign results closely, identify performance trends, and make ongoing adjustments to improve efficiency, scale, and return on investment.
• Evaluate creative effectiveness using engagement and conversion data, then share practical recommendations that inform future asset development.
• Design and carry out testing strategies for audiences, messaging, creative formats, and landing page experiences to improve overall campaign outcomes.
• Oversee budget pacing, allocation, and forecasting so media spend remains aligned with delivery expectations and business objectives.
• Maintain reliable tracking through pixels, conversion events, and measurement frameworks while partnering with analytics teams to confirm data accuracy.
• Prepare performance updates that clearly communicate results, risks, opportunities, and next steps to internal stakeholders and client teams.
• Apply automation and AI-enabled tools where appropriate to improve workflow efficiency and campaign performance.
