Director of Marketing
Responsibilities:
• Design and lead short- and long-range marketing plans that support business expansion and measurable performance goals.
• Define brand strategy and ensure messaging remains consistent across product portfolios, audiences, and marketing channels.
• Evaluate industry developments, buyer expectations, and competitor activity to uncover opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Advise senior leadership on market positioning, customer outreach, and brand growth initiatives.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including online campaigns, media planning, website performance, and conversion improvement.
• Build demand generation programs that strengthen sales pipelines across government, institutional, and commercial markets.
• Direct go-to-market activities for product launches and develop clear product positioning, value messaging, and supporting materials for customers and sales teams.
• Lead the creation of sales enablement and brand content such as presentations, brochures, case studies, videos, and event materials.
• Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, internal team members, and project timelines while coordinating closely with sales, operations, engineering, and leadership.
• Guide trade show participation, public relations activities, ecommerce growth initiatives, and performance analysis to improve lead generation, engagement, and revenue contribution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.• At least 7 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing programs that produce measurable business results.
• Background in B2B marketing for technically sophisticated products or solutions.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing practices, campaign analytics, and performance reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project leadership skills.
• Experience supporting sales channels that serve commercial and government customers is preferred.
• Familiarity with ecommerce strategies, agency management, trade show planning, or multimedia content development is a plus.
Compensation
