Director of Marketing
Responsibilities:
• Lead the full lead-generation program, setting priorities and driving pipeline growth across digital and offline acquisition channels.
• Manage and enhance the company’s web presence, including landing pages, domains, redirects, site performance, mobile usability, hosting coordination, and conversion optimization.
• Build, maintain, and refine lead-capture forms and connected workflows to ensure accurate data flow across marketing platforms and automation tools.
• Develop and oversee paid acquisition initiatives across platforms such as Google, Meta, and industry publications, adjusting investment based on performance trends.
• Partner with creative contributors to shape ad messaging and produce effective visual, written, and short-form video assets that support campaign goals.
• Establish consistent campaign tracking standards and attribution practices so source reporting remains reliable and actionable.
• Produce regular performance reporting that measures lead volume and conversion outcomes by channel, and use findings to improve future marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with analytics, content, social, funnel optimization, and external partners to strengthen campaign execution and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Supervise and develop a small marketing team, providing direction, accountability, and support for day-to-day execution.
