Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a Leasing Support Specialist to assist with applicant processing, orientations, verifications, and move-in coordination. This role will support the leasing team by entering applications into Yardi and RentCafe, helping applicants complete required paperwork, processing verification steps, maintaining accurate files, and assisting with move-in scheduling and onboarding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable learning property management systems and leasing procedures.

Responsibilities
Enter paper and online applications into Yardi and RentCafe
Assist applicants with forms, required documents, and application completion
Support orientations and answer applicant questions
Conduct applicant interviews after document completion
Explain next steps in the leasing process
Process applicant verifications in EIV, Tenant Background, National Sex Offender Registry, and TransUnion
Assist with move-in scheduling, resident file setup, and payment intake
Help maintain accurate records and support rent calculations

$19.00-$21.00 Hourly
