Customer Care Representative

Robert Half is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a local and growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM or internal systems
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when needed
• Provide product, service, and policy information to customers
• Follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
• Support team goals and contribute to process improvements
