Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and provide helpful, solution-focused support.
• Assist customers with questions related to products, services, orders, and general account matters.
• Enter customer orders and service details carefully to maintain accurate records.
• Handle a steady flow of inbound and outbound phone interactions in a thorough manner.
• Address customer concerns by clarifying issues, identifying next steps, and following established service procedures.
• Document call activity, updates, and outcomes to ensure clear communication and recordkeeping.
• Escalate complex situations to the appropriate team when additional support is needed.
