Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage weekly payroll processing for approximately 120 union employees using Paycor. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll, maintaining employee records, processing deductions and garnishments, and ensuring compliance with union contracts, company policies, and applicable labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly payroll for 100 union employees utilizing Paycor.
• Maintain payroll records, employee data, tax withholdings, and direct deposit information.
• Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy.
• Administer union dues, benefits deductions, garnishments, and other payroll-related adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, wage laws, and payroll regulations.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and reporting.
