Cycle Count Warehouse Support

Robert Half has an exciting long term 6 month opportunity in San Carlos, CA. Our client is looking for a Warehouse Associate who can work well in a fast-pace environment. You will be constantly moving around through the day. They are also looking for someone with good organizational skills. Must have attention to detail for this role. Summary:

Support the warehouse operation including but not limited to shipping and receiving, order tracking and fulfillment, material handling, inventory and record keeping.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Responsible for Shipping and Receiving
• Inventory maintenance
• Clerical Duties (filing, answering phones, maintain shipping documents in orderly fashion
• Maintain stock locations
• Customer kitting and assembly if required
• Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice by management Key Tasks
• Review, Inspect & Receive in-coming product
• Complete inspection report for non-conforming product
• Report con-conforming product to Management or Buyer
• Utilizing the Shipping Management Report or directions from Manager, ship product to customer
• Run daily report for VI customer current stock levels and replenish as needed
• Inform Buyer or Management of any parts that are running low and need to be ordered
• Maintain the warehouse (sweep, dispose of trash and any other task set forth)
• Assists with inventory prep, dead stock movement, cleaning shelves, moving inventory, etc.
• Assists with monthly inventory Audits, locations and quantities
