Logistics Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to support an import/export organization in Mt Pleasant, South Carolina. This long-term contract position is well suited for someone who enjoys organized, fast-paced work and can manage vendor-related tasks with accuracy. The role will contribute to daily coordination across purchasing, customs, and administrative processes while building familiarity with internal vendor systems and business tools.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the procurement team with day-to-day administrative support to help keep orders and vendor-related tasks moving efficiently.

• Navigate the company vendor portal to review, update, and manage supplier information and related transactions.

• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve routine questions involving orders and shipment documentation.

• Support customs and import/export documentation handling to help maintain compliance with operational requirements.

• Use tools such as Concur, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Excel to track information, update records, and prepare basic reports.

• Monitor customer details and follow up on discrepancies to help ensure timely and accurate processing.
