Bookkeeper

Our client in Southwick, Massachusetts is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a contract-to-permanent opportunity. This role is ideal for an organized accounting professional who enjoys managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall financial operations.

The Bookkeeper will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, assisting with reporting, and helping maintain smooth accounting processes. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization and demonstrate your skills in a role with long-term potential.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
• Manage invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
• Support payroll processing and related recordkeeping
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and documentation standards
• Communicate with internal team members and vendors regarding financial matters
