Human Resources (HR) Manager

Part-Time Human Resources Manager (Minimum 20 hours/week)

We are seeking a part-time Human Resources Manager to support a growing, fast-paced organization. This role will own day-to-day HR operations while helping build and improve processes as the company continues to scale.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and working in a small, rapidly growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily HR functions including employee relations, compliance, and policy administration
• Oversee payroll processing and serve as a backup resource as needed
• Handle full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
• Manage benefits enrollment, credentialing, and employee records
• Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and workers’ compensation requirements
• Support disciplinary actions and performance management
• Develop and improve employee handbooks, policies, and HR procedures
• Assist with implementation and optimization of a new payroll/HR system
• Provide general administrative support as needed in a growing team
