HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, records maintenance, and status updates with strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate benefits administration tasks, support census reporting, and help ensure enrollments and related documentation are completed on schedule.
• Maintain HR documentation, policies, and workforce files in a consistent manner that supports compliance and audit readiness across locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to support organized recruiting and selection processes, including role documentation and candidate coordination.
• Track required training, monitor completion records, and provide visibility into workforce participation for leadership and compliance purposes.
• Prepare and distribute clear employee communications and support leaders in delivering direct, clear messaging to their teams.
• Compile and analyze workforce data such as hiring activity, turnover, retention, attendance, and training trends to support decision-making.
• Contribute to people and environment reporting activities, including maintaining required platform data, supporting submissions, and following up on corrective actions when needed.
• Spend regular time at operational sites, including warehouse and manufacturing facilities, to stay connected to workforce needs and support local HR execution.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of human resources experience, with prior work in manufacturing, distribution, service, or other operational environments strongly preferred.• Hands-on knowledge of HR administration, employee relations, onboarding, benefits support, and HR information systems.
• Experience working with workforce data, personnel records, and compliance-related documentation in a detail-oriented setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, managers, and leadership across different levels of the organization.
• Comfort working on-site in plant, warehouse, or similar operational facilities and adjusting schedules when business support requires flexibility.
• Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS tools; exposure to payroll systems or compliance reporting platforms is a plus.
Compensation
