Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage the Center Directors’ calendars, including meetings, events, and schedule updates.
• Support the organization and execution of center programs and activities by collaborating with event, hospitality, and media support teams.
• Assist with tracking program-related budgets and handle administrative financial tasks such as reimbursements, speaker payments, and related processing.
• Produce event and program materials, including customized printed items such as name badges and table displays.
• Help prepare reports, slide presentations, and proposal documents to support departmental initiatives.
• Contribute to outreach efforts by assisting with program communications and marketing-related coordination.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships between center leadership, internal departments, and external participants.
• Attend center events to help with setup, coordination, and onsite administrative support.
• Provide additional administrative assistance and operational support as needed.
