Role Summary
The Network Systems Engineer will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting advanced network and systems infrastructure for a diverse client base across Ventura and Santa Barbara, California. This position combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver secure, scalable solutions while ensuring system performance and reliability. The role offers a mix of remote flexibility and on-site collaboration based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end infrastructure solutions spanning on-premise environments and cloud platforms
- Troubleshoot complex network and system issues to ensure optimal uptime and performance
- Configure and maintain network security measures to safeguard systems and data
- Administer and support virtualization, networking, and cloud-based environments
- Document technical processes, configurations, and user guides for ongoing operational clarity
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver tailored technical solutions
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior-level engineers and team members
- Manage multiple priorities and projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
- $110,000 – $125,000
- 401(k) with employer match (up to 6% at 50%)
