Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in New York, New York on a Contract basis for an ongoing assignment expected to last approximately 2–3 months. This position is designed for someone who is detail oriented and excels in recruitment coordination and administrative support, with a strong emphasis on assisting high-volume retail hiring while also contributing to corporate recruiting activity. The role is fully in office, works Monday through Friday, and will play an important part in keeping hiring operations organized, timely, and efficient across a broad employee population.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and maintain job advertisements across recruiting platforms, ensuring openings are posted accurately and updated as hiring needs change.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication to keep the hiring process moving smoothly for managers and applicants.
• Manage background screening steps and follow through on outstanding items to support timely hiring decisions.
• Partner with internal teams to confirm technology and equipment setup is completed for new hires before their start dates.
• Provide recruiting coordination support to both corporate and retail groups, with the majority of activity centered on retail hiring needs.
• Help administer hiring activity for a large store network and employee base, maintaining accurate records and consistent follow-up throughout the process.
• Use applicant tracking systems such as JazzHR or similar platforms to organize candidate workflows, documentation, and status updates.
• Assist with onboarding-related administrative tasks to support a seamless transition from offer stage to first day.
