Recruiting Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and maintain job advertisements across recruiting platforms, ensuring openings are posted accurately and updated as hiring needs change.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication to keep the hiring process moving smoothly for managers and applicants.
• Manage background screening steps and follow through on outstanding items to support timely hiring decisions.
• Partner with internal teams to confirm technology and equipment setup is completed for new hires before their start dates.
• Provide recruiting coordination support to both corporate and retail groups, with the majority of activity centered on retail hiring needs.
• Help administer hiring activity for a large store network and employee base, maintaining accurate records and consistent follow-up throughout the process.
• Use applicant tracking systems such as JazzHR or similar platforms to organize candidate workflows, documentation, and status updates.
• Assist with onboarding-related administrative tasks to support a seamless transition from offer stage to first day.
