General Office Clerk

We are looking for dependable General Office Clerks to support a one-day corporate event in California. This is a Contract position suited for individuals who are comfortable assisting with event preparation, general onsite support, and post-event cleanup in a detail-oriented office environment. The team will help create a smooth experience by preparing event spaces, responding to day-of needs, and ensuring the area is left organized at the end of the event.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare event areas by arranging tables, supplies, and other materials before guests arrive
• Provide onsite assistance throughout the event and respond promptly to general support needs as they arise
• Help maintain tidy shared spaces by collecting used items and addressing light cleanup during the event
• Support the closing process by dismantling setup materials and returning the area to an orderly condition
• Coordinate with onsite staff to complete assigned tasks efficiently in a corporate setting
• Share requested administrative details, such as availability information and shirt size, before the assignment date

$20.90-$24.20 Hourly
