Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This position will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts across multiple brands and business areas, with a primary emphasis on office and sales hiring. The ideal candidate can adapt quickly, work independently with limited ramp-up time, and deliver strong recruiting results in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for openings across several brands, departments, and geographic areas.
• Identify and attract talent with relevant experience through proactive sourcing, resume review, outreach, and screening activities.
• Coordinate interviews, guide candidates through each hiring stage, and partner with stakeholders to support timely hiring decisions.
• Focus primarily on filling office-based roles, including sales, administrative, and corporate support positions.
• Provide recruiting support for field and technician openings when business needs require additional coverage.
• Contribute to staffing efforts tied to organizational growth, newly created teams, and expansion into additional markets.
• Deliver an engaging and well-managed candidate journey from initial contact through offer stage.
• Track recruiting progress, maintain accurate hiring records, and prepare activity updates within company systems.
