Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support accurate and timely information processing for a Contract position based in St. Peters, Missouri. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining organized records, and ensuring a high level of accuracy in daily administrative tasks. The successful candidate will help keep information current, complete, and properly entered across computer-based systems while collaborating with team members as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Enter numerical and text-based information into company systems with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
• Review source documents carefully and verify details before recording data to reduce errors and maintain consistency.
• Update existing records, correct incomplete entries, and organize information so files remain current and easy to access.
• Perform routine quality checks to confirm that entered data matches original documentation and established standards.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling business records and other sensitive information.
• Support administrative workflows by preparing, sorting, and tracking documents related to data processing.
• Communicate with internal team members to clarify unclear information and resolve discrepancies in submitted records.
