Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to support high-impact initiatives within the printing and publishing industry in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate who can coordinate complex workstreams, guide cross-functional teams, and keep projects aligned with business goals, timelines, and compliance expectations. The right candidate brings a structured approach to delivery, strong communication skills, and experience managing projects in regulated or audit-focused environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and execution from kickoff through completion, defining scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

• Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and maintain momentum on shared objectives.

• Track project status, risks, dependencies, and budget considerations, providing clear updates and recommendations to leadership.

• Apply formal project management practices to organize resources, document decisions, and support consistent delivery standards.

• Ensure project work aligns with compliance requirements by maintaining accurate records and supporting audit readiness efforts.

• Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and follow-up actions to keep teams informed, accountable, and focused on priorities.

• Identify process gaps or operational challenges that may affect timelines and work with teams to implement practical solutions.

• Manage changes to project scope or priorities while minimizing disruption and preserving overall project goals.
