What You’ll Own
* Month-end and year-end close
* General ledger oversight and complex reconciliations
* Trust accounting & compliance
* Oversight of cash, disbursements, and payroll
* Support for financial reporting and analysis
* Audit preparation and support
* Process improvements across accounting workflows
What You Bring
* 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
* Strong close + reconciliation ownership
* Experience with trusts and partnerships
* Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy and controls
* Ability to be hands-on while overseeing work
* CPA preferred
