HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment activities for both campus-based and corporate support positions, including candidate outreach, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
• Oversee new employee setup and employee separation processes, ensuring records, communications, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain personnel documentation in an audit-ready manner, including tracking required certifications, permits, and employment-related credentials.
• Use a comparable HRIS platform to manage recruiting workflows, employee information, and standard reporting needs.
• Prepare and review HR metrics and reports to help leaders monitor trends, maintain compliance, and make informed workforce decisions.
• Assist with employee training initiatives related to HR systems, workplace procedures, and internal practices.
• Collaborate with department leaders and cross-functional partners to strengthen HR processes and promote effective people practices.
• Uphold compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations, including requirements tied to education-focused environments.
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support in areas such as employee relations, onboarding coordination, and benefits-related processes.
