Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Community & Content Specialist to manage day-to-day engagement and support content execution across key social platforms. This role focuses on real-time community management, short-form copywriting, and content publishing, while helping translate engagement insights into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and publish engaging, on-brand copy for social posts, captions, and responses across platforms
• Manage comment threads, direct messages, and community interactions using social management tools (e.g., Sprout)
• Monitor conversations and identify escalation risks, including potential crisis management situations
• Support content publishing workflows, including scheduling and posting organic content
• Assist in creating short-form copy for social, comments, and reactive/opportunistic posts
• Stay current on platform trends and best practices across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit, and YouTube
• Track engagement, sentiment, and community growth metrics
• Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data and audience behavior
