Client Service Analyst | Multi Family Office | SF Bay Area

Responsibilities
- Support senior team members on client service and operations
- Lead onboarding, including account setup and documentation
- Manage investment ops: private investments, subscriptions, redemptions, portfolio maintenance
- Coordinate tax workflows with external providers
- Process capital calls, wires, and time-sensitive transactions
- Maintain KYC, compliance, and CRM accuracy
- Support reporting, financial admin, and document management
- Liaise with clients and advisors to ensure smooth execution
- Improve processes and support tech-enabled workflows
