Customer Service Representative

A growing medical device manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, distributors, and internal sales teams. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and inquiries are resolved efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, communicating with customers, and being part of a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and responsiveness are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process customer orders, returns, and product requests
• Provide order status updates and shipping information
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams regarding order fulfillment

Administrative Support

• Maintain customer records within CRM and ERP systems
• Generate reports and assist with documentation requests
• Support sales and account management teams
• Ensure data accuracy within customer databases
