About the Role:

The Product Owner II serves as a senior product leader responsible for guiding the delivery of technology solutions across multiple Agile development teams. This role balances strategic planning with day-to-day execution, ensuring product roadmaps align with business objectives while empowering development teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Product Owner who thrives in complex environments, excels at stakeholder management, and enjoys mentoring others while driving product innovation and continuous improvement.

This is an on-site position based at JSX Headquarters in Dallas, TX.

JSX is unable to provide current or future employment-based visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, TN, or similar). This position requires that applicants be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

A Day in the Life:

Your day will be dynamic and highly collaborative, centered around aligning business priorities with development execution across multiple teams. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Own and maintain product backlogs across 34 development teams, ensuring priorities align with business goals and Customer needs

  • Lead Scrum ceremonies across multiple teams, promoting Agile best practices and delivery excellence

  • Partner with business leaders to refine product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmaps

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, customer-facing teams, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions

  • Mentor Product Owners and provide guidance on backlog management, stakeholder communication, and Agile methodologies

  • Facilitate prioritization discussions and balance competing requests across multiple products and initiatives

  • Monitor KPIs, analytics, and Customer feedback to measure product success and guide decision-making

  • Identify dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams and proactively drive resolution

  • Promote consistency and scalability of product management practices across the organization

  • Support release planning, roadmap communication, and stakeholder alignment efforts

  • Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and product outcomes

Required Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in Agile environments

  • Experience leading multiple development teams simultaneously

  • Experience delivering digital products and technology solutions in complex business environments

  • Experience with airline, travel, hospitality, or e-commerce platforms is highly desirable

Licenses & Certifications:

  • PMP Certification required

  • ITIL certification preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience coaching peers and junior Product Owners

  • Proven track record of delivering products at scale through Agile methodologies

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to prioritize competing business needs and make data-driven decisions

  • Experience with backlog management, roadmap planning, and Agile delivery frameworks

  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools

  • High degree of professional confidence, credibility, and executive presence

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across the organization

Compensation Range:

$69,200.0 - $84,800.0
