🌧️ Hands-On Work. Real Environmental Impact. A Team That Treats You Like Family.
If you take pride in physical work, enjoy being outdoors, and want to be part of something that genuinely protects the environment, this role may be exactly what you’re looking for. Stormwater Operations Specialists is a family-run company built by people who spend their lives outside — hunting, fishing, and appreciating the land and water we depend on. That’s why we do this work, and why we’re committed to doing it the right way.
We’re hiring Stormwater Compliance Technicians to help maintain stormwater infrastructure across MD, VA, NC, SC, GA, TN, and KY. This is hands-on, field-based work where your effort has a direct, long-term impact on water quality and local ecosystems.
If you value independence, teamwork, and a predictable schedule with long stretches of time off, you’ll fit right in.

- 80-hour guaranteed biweekly paycheck, even during slower seasons

- A family-run company where you’re treated like part of the team, not a number
- Real-world environmental impact you can see in the ponds, streams, and communities you help protect

- Solving problems independently while knowing when to call for guidance
