Description:

Global Marketing Intern (m,f,d) Wella Retail

THE ROLE

  • Support the Global Retail Hair team in bringing brand innovations to life across key markets, including product development, campaign creation, and global activation

  • Work in a highly dynamic, international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Insights, R&D, Supply, etc.), and contribute to global innovation projects across core brands.

Key Responsibilities

Brand and Product Support

  • Support the development of new product concepts and marketing materials

  • Prepare presentations (e.g., innovation updates, market decks, internal reviews)

  • Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery

  • Contribute to the development of toolkits and assets for global campaigns

Content & Activation (mainly VM & e-Commerce)

  • Support the creation and organization of marketing assets (visuals, copy, presentations)

  • Track content development timelines and consolidate market feedback

  • Monitor off-pack usage rights across markets

Additional Support

  • Help track and organize brand materials and documentation

  • Support basic administrative and coordination tasks when needed

Key Projects

Own specific workstreams within key global innovation projects, including new FY28 New Shades Collection, and Soft Color Restage.

  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs (marketing, design, supply)

  • Support preparation of market presentations (e.g., FFU)

  • Contribute to commercial storytelling and claim development

  • Contribute to the development of the global activation toolkit

  • Support delivery of VM and e-commerce assets, leveraging AI

Base Business & Analysis

  • Own competitor tracking and analysis for the no-ammonia segment

  • Identify key market trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Track off-pack usage rights across Color and Styling

Qualifications

  • Currently studying Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Strong interest in beauty, branding, and consumer marketing

  • Good organizational skills, proactive mindset and willingness to learn

  • Able to managed multiple tasks at the same time, and reliable in delivering against tight deadlines

  • Comfortable working in a team and in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English
