Professional experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, within a supply chain or operations context
Strong written and verbal communication skills developed in a business or corporate setting
Experience interacting with graduate students in an academic or professional training environment
Preferred:
Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level
A Graduate degree in Business or Engineering from an AACSB-accredited institution
Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate seven in-class SAP simulation sessions and guide students through end-to-end ERP business processes using the SAP educational platform
Deliver graduate-level instruction on Thursdays, 6:20–9:20 PM, in person on campus
Manage course content, assignments, and grades through Canvas (the university’s LMS)
Hold office hours (in-person or via Zoom) to support student learning outside the classroom
Provide timely, constructive feedback through graded assignments, in-class reviews, and participation
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance
Interested applicants should submit a resume highlighting academic credentials, relevant SAP/ERP expertise, and any prior teaching experience. We welcome applications from experienced professionals in the Western PA region who are passionate about bridging real-world supply chain practice with graduate business education.
