Job Description:

The Program Manager shall have the authority to commit the Contractor’s financial resources, and act as the single point of contact with the Government, as required to meet the overall requirements of the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Contract.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/construction/facilities/contracts or related field or equivalent schools’ training/certifications
  • 15 years’ experience in related O&M support services and/or facilities management, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in providing such services to large facilities or operations
  • Certificate from either IFMA as a CFM, BOMI International as a FMC, or Association for Facilities Engineers (AFE) as a CPMM.
  • Active Secret clearance
