Job Description:

The Quality Control / Quality Assurance Lead shall have a strong working knowledge of O&M operations and the different systems in large buildings. They must have experience working in an RCM program and the different methods of non-destructive testing. The Quality Control / Quality Assurance Lead will provide a method statement detailing how they set up and run a QC/QA Department. They should have working knowledge of O&M operations and the different systems in a large building.


Job Requirements:

  • Require secret Clearance
  • Minimum of five (5) years working as Quality Control / Quality Assurance Lead
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years in major Industrial complex or construction projects working in the QC/QA Department.
  • 4 year degree in facilities management discipline.
