Job Description:

Other well-known media properties from Dow Jones include Barron's, Dow Jones Newswires, MarketWatch, Investor's Business Daily, Financial News, Private Equity News & WSJ Pro.

Position Summary

The role of the Regional Sales Coordinator (RSC) is to work closely with the Enterprise Sales Team to ensure that clients experience a first-class relationship with Dow Jones and also support the smooth operational processes for B2B sales of The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, MarketWatch, Investor's Business Daily, Financial News, and Private Equity News.

Where appropriate, the RSC's customer interaction will be via telephone and email.

Key Responsibilities

ANALYSIS AND REPORTING

  • Compile regular or ad-hoc reports for client partners and internal teams
  • Prepare user or usage reporting in partnership with internal teams
  • Partner with the local account teams to resolve billing issues


ACCOUNT SET-UP

  • Within the CRM, prepare & submit all Sales Order Forms meeting specific billing requirements for new accounts, retention accounts, additional services, closed accounts, address and contact changes
  • Collect confirmation documents to verify customer orders, cancellations or changes
  • Scan Order Forms, contracts and all related information, plus update information in global CRM system


CLIENT LIAISON

  • Work with sales to initiate product trials
  • Source PDF sales agreements and digital invoices for clients, internal stakeholder reviews or external PwC financial audits
  • Act as liaison for new and existing customers through follow-up to ensure correct service levels and rates are applied
  • Copy and distribute fully executed terms of agreement to customer
  • Communicate with clients to resolve user count and service discrepancies


STRATEGIC PROJECTS

  • Special projects as requested by sales management and sales teams


YOU HAVE:
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in customer engagement or B2B sales
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both internally and client facing
  • Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google suites

Base Pay Range: 55,000 - 70,000
