We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to help strengthen our accounts receivable process and improve cash flow.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have experience collecting payments from insurance carriers, TPAs, commercial accounts, or customers, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
✔ Manage aging accounts and collection efforts
✔ Work directly with insurance adjusters and TPAs
✔ Research and resolve billing discrepancies
✔ Partner with operations teams to obtain supporting documentation
✔ Reduce outstanding receivables and improve collection timelines
✔ Maintain accurate account records and follow-up notes
What We're Looking For:
✔ 3+ years of collections experience
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Experience in restoration, construction, healthcare, or insurance collections preferred
✔ Excellent organization and attention to detail
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience working with Quickbooks
Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
