A highly regarded plaintiff litigation firm seeks an Attorney to join its growing Southern California office. This Attorney position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value personal injury matters (these are nuanced & complex cases) from inception through trial. NOT A MILL! These are all highly sophisticated, nuanced, complex cases. High value!

Attorney Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement demands, and other litigation-related documents.

• Propound and respond to written discovery.

• Manage cases through all phases of litigation.

• Prepare matters for mediation, settlement conferences, and trial.

• Collaborate with senior litigation team members on high-exposure plaintiff matters.

Salary:

• Up to $225,000 base salary (DOE).

• Bonus opportunity.

Qualifications:

1. Active California Bar license in good standing.
2. 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
3. Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Compensation

$150,000.00-$225,000.00 Yearly
