ERP/CRM Architect
Responsibilities:
• Own the accuracy and upkeep of core system records, including product data, bills of materials, routings, work centers, labor values, and planning settings.
• Administer workflow rules, approval paths, and transaction controls to support consistent and compliant system usage.
• Review, process, and validate engineering changes and master data updates to ensure downstream operational impact is properly addressed.
• Perform recurring data audits, resolve discrepancies, and drive corrective actions that improve system reliability.
• Maintain system configuration that supports day-to-day ERP and CRM functionality across business units.
• Partner with planning and procurement teams to confirm inventory-related data is correct and supports effective material decisions.
• Create and update procedures, user guides, and training documentation for system-driven processes.
• Provide end-user assistance and deliver training that improves adoption of ERP and CRM tools and standards.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and analytical insights that help teams make informed operational decisions.
• Lead data cleanup and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders to streamline business processes and system efficiency.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of ERP or CRM experience within a manufacturing or production-focused environment.• Bachelor’s degree preferred; comparable relevant experience will also be considered.
• Working knowledge of bills of materials, routings, inventory control, planning logic, and engineering change management.
• Experience supporting enterprise system administration, data governance, and workflow configuration.
• SQL server, database, or programming knowledge is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and organize complex data sets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exposure to aerospace, industrial manufacturing, regulated production environments, or architecture standards is preferred.
Compensation
