Office Manager
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain an orderly, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment.
• Replenish snack stations, kitchen items, and general office materials so employees have consistent access to needed supplies.
• Keep shared areas such as kitchens, conference rooms, and common spaces neat, stocked, and ready for daily use.
• Handle basic invoice support tasks, including organizing and assisting with accounts payable-related administrative work.
• Monitor inventory levels for office products and place or coordinate supply orders when restocking is needed.
• Support general reception and office coordination duties to help address routine onsite needs throughout the assignment.
• Assist with light kitchen upkeep, including managing dishwashing tasks and maintaining cleanliness in communal areas.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in office management, administrative support, or workplace coordination.• Ability to manage office supply ordering, restocking, and inventory tracking with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with basic accounts payable or invoice processing support.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to cleanliness, presentation, and daily office readiness.
• Comfortable handling receptionist-style responsibilities and responding to in-office requests professionally.
• Capable of working independently in a short-term Contract role while maintaining dependable onsite support.
• No specialized software background is required; comfort with standard administrative tasks is sufficient.
Compensation
