Human Resources (HR) Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Support onboarding activities by preparing and organizing new employee documentation and ensuring required forms are completed accurately
• Enter and maintain employee information in HR systems and track candidate screening submissions and results
• Review payroll-related records, compare payroll cards against supporting information, and flag discrepancies for follow-up
• Input numerical and employee data into the appropriate fields and verify entries for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with the administration and tracking of required health screening or COVID-related test documentation
• Maintain organized HR files and perform routine document filing to support compliance and record retention
• Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team across payroll and personnel processes
Qualifications:
• Exposure to or foundational knowledge of human resources administration• Experience working with HRIS platforms or other data entry systems
• Familiarity with onboarding tasks such as preparing new employee paperwork and tracking pre-employment steps
• Ability to review screening information and maintain confidential records with discretion
• Strong attention to detail when handling payroll data, numeric entries, and employee documentation
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage filing and routine administrative work
• Clear communication skills and a dependable, team-oriented approach
