Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk and general office support activities, helping maintain an organized and efficient onsite work environment.
• Coordinate the intake, tracking, and follow-up of bid-related information to ensure records are current and accessible.
• Prepare, review, and submit applications and supporting documents with a high level of accuracy and completeness.
• Enter and maintain data across administrative files, spreadsheets, and internal records while monitoring for errors or missing information.
• Provide day-to-day assistance to the Office Manager by handling routine administrative tasks and shifting priorities as business needs change.
• Support scheduling, calendar updates, and general coordination for office activities and team requests.
• Respond to inbound calls and direct questions or requests to the appropriate internal contacts in a timely manner.
• Step in to provide coverage for essential office functions as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, or office support role.• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation accurately in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external contacts.
• Solid time management skills with the ability to balance multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with data entry and standard office software, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Lewisville, Texas, on a Monday through Friday schedule.
• Experience in construction, real estate, or another industry with project-based documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel functions such as organizing data tables and using pivot tables is a plus.
Compensation
