HR Recruiter

We are looking for a Contract HR Recruiter to support a growing hiring workload in the Camp HIll area of Pennsylvania. This position is ideal for someone who can confidently engage candidates, present opportunities in a compelling way, and keep recruitment activity moving efficiently from initial outreach through offer stage. The recruiter will play a key role in coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate hiring records, and helping the team manage increased business demand over an approximate four-month assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact prospective candidates to introduce opportunities and build interest in open roles.

• Guide applicants through the hiring process and communicate next steps in a clear, timely manner.

• Prepare and extend employment offers while ensuring details are presented professionally and accurately.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, keeping calendars organized and up to date.

• Maintain precise recruitment documentation and update HR systems with current candidate and hiring information.

• Support day-to-day recruiting operations during a period of increased hiring activity.

• Represent the organization positively to candidates and promote the value of joining the company.

• Keep recruitment workflows organized so openings progress efficiently through each stage of the process.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition is required.
• Strong understanding of hiring processes and candidate lifecycle coordination.
• Ability to communicate persuasively and build candidate interest through phone outreach.
• Experience preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records in HR or recruiting systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of resilience, persistence, and professionalism when working through recruiting challenges.
• Comfortable scheduling interviews and handling follow-up communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Compensation

$20.90-$24.20 Hourly
