Duration: 6-Month Contract with Potential for Extension or Conversion

Overview:

Our client is seeking experienced and driven Sourcers to support a growing Talent Acquisition team during a period of increased hiring activity. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top talent across engineering, construction, energy, infrastructure, and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive talent hunter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at sourcing passive candidates, and has a proven track record of generating qualified candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for a variety of professional and technical roles.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build talent pipelines.
• Conduct preliminary candidate outreach and screening conversations.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and market conditions.
• Source candidates for engineering, construction, project management, operations, and corporate positions.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to recruiting partners.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or executive search experience.
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other search tools.
• Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting environments.
• Proven ability to independently drive results with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience conducting candidate outreach, engagement, and preliminary vetting.
• Results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting hiring goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Executive search, physician recruiting, agency recruiting, or headhunting experience.
• Experience sourcing Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and other difficult-to-fill technical roles.
• Familiarity with Oracle-based ATS platforms.
