Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in New Jersey in a long-term contract. This position focuses on managing full-cycle hiring for a wide range of corporate and operational roles within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt to changing hiring needs while working on-site five days per week.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for all positions, including management, supervisory, sales, and operational support roles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies across job boards, industry networks, and other recruiting channels.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing priorities, define candidate profiles, and move searches forward efficiently.
• Screen applications and resumes, coordinate interview scheduling, and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
• Manage a varied requisition load that may shift based on business demand, maintaining progress across multiple openings at once.
• Support hiring initiatives for internship opportunities and other broader talent acquisition programs.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the applicant tracking system, including recruiting tools.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps such as background checks and required screening procedures in alignment with company hiring requirements.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate recruiting environment.
• Background recruiting for a range of detail-focused roles, including leadership, sales, and operational support positions.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage talent for both active and hard-to-fill openings.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume or changing hiring environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms, including Dayforce or similar tools.
• Ability to work effectively on-site five days per week in New Jersey.
• Experience supporting hiring within a fast-paced business setting is preferred.
Compensation
