Technical Writer
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain documentation that explains AI concepts, workflows, and best practices in a clear and accessible manner.
• Develop training materials and learning resources for users working with general AI tools as well as Microsoft Copilot.
• Translate technical information into content suited for a range of formats, including written guides, presentations, and interactive learning assets.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather information, define content needs, and ensure documentation reflects current processes and tool usage.
• Use presentation software and AI-enabled tools to design training content that supports user understanding and engagement.
• Organize, review, and update materials regularly to improve accuracy, consistency, and usability across all documentation.
• Apply established writing standards and editorial guidelines to produce clear, well-structured content.
• Support onsite documentation and training initiatives by working closely with teams in New Jersey.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience creating technical documentation and instructional content for business or technology audiences.• Strong background in technical writing with the ability to simplify complex information without losing accuracy.
• Familiarity with AI-related topics, including practical exposure to Microsoft Copilot or similar tools.
• Experience using communication and content development platforms beyond standard word processing software, such as presentation tools and digital learning formats.
• Working knowledge of Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe RoboHelp, and AP Style.
• Strong editing, organization, and content management skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Compensation
