Medical Customer Service Rep
Responsibilities:
• Place a high volume of outbound calls each day to engage prospective patients and introduce available program options.
• Describe healthcare program features in a clear and supportive way to help patients understand participation and enrollment steps.
• Address patient questions, concerns, and hesitations with professionalism while building trust throughout each interaction.
• Record call details, outcomes, and enrollment activity accurately within Salesforce and related tracking systems.
• Maintain timely follow-up with leads to keep patients informed and move opportunities through the enrollment cycle.
• Collaborate with team members to meet enrollment targets and contribute to overall outreach performance.
• Manage daily outreach tasks efficiently while maintaining consistent communication standards in a remote work environment.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, patient outreach, telesales, or enrollment support.• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and build positive relationships over the phone.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls in a performance-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of basic medical terminology and patient-facing communication practices.
• Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for documenting interactions and tracking activity.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting.
• Background in inbound call handling or patient billing support is a plus.
Compensation
