Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions and provide dependable service from our Torrance, California location. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and can balance customer support with administrative coordination. The role includes handling incoming inquiries, preparing pricing information, and assisting with internal sales-related activities while maintaining a detail-oriented customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries with accuracy and a service-focused approach.
• Prepare and follow up on quotation requests, ensuring details are complete and delivered in a timely manner.
• Support inside sales efforts by providing product or service information and assisting with order-related questions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records, updating information, and organizing customer documentation.
• Use Microsoft applications to create correspondence, manage data, and track daily activities efficiently.
• Coordinate travel-related assistance when needed, helping arrange and communicate necessary details.
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure requests are handled from start to finish.
Qualifications:
• Experience in customer service, call handling, or a similar support-focused position.• Ability to manage inbound calls while maintaining accuracy, courtesy, and responsiveness.
• Familiarity with preparing quotations, processing requests, or supporting sales-related activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for documentation, communication, and general administrative work.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Background in administrative support and travel coordination is preferred.
Compensation
