Bilingual Account Manager

Compensation: $30 to $35 Hourly

We are looking for an Account Manager to join a service-focused organization in Texas. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who excels at strengthening client relationships, guiding renewal conversations, and resolving account concerns effectively. The role is fully in-office and centers on helping existing customers remain engaged through responsive support, thoughtful problem-solving, and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and nurture productive relationships with current customers to support satisfaction, loyalty, and continued business.
• Oversee renewal activity, account modifications, and service-level changes while ensuring each request is handled accurately.
• Anticipate client concerns, address issues early, and work toward practical resolutions that protect the customer experience.
• Support retention efforts by managing cancellation-related discussions and presenting options that encourage customers to remain with the company.
• Negotiate account solutions that align client needs with business objectives in a thoughtful and balanced manner.
• Maintain thorough account records by documenting interactions, updates, commitments, and next steps in a timely way.
• Complete account documentation and administrative tasks related to customer requests and ongoing account maintenance.
• Partner with internal teams to coordinate responses, resolve open items, and ensure customers receive prompt service.
• Track follow-up activities carefully to reinforce long-term relationships and improve overall retention outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in account management, customer retention, customer success, client services, inside sales, account coordination, or a related customer-facing role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage details carefully, and maintain accurate records across multiple accounts.

• Proven skill in balancing competing priorities and following through on customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfort using computers and standard business software to manage account activity and documentation.

• Experience with renewals, retention strategies, or account-based customer support is strongly preferred.

• Ability to negotiate solutions, resolve problems thoughtfully, and remain calm under pressure.

• MUST be bilingual English and Spanish.


Compensation

$30.00-$35.00 Hourly
