Office Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate office and workplace activities, including event-related support, to help maintain an organized and welcoming environment.
• Replenish kitchen, office, and restroom materials on a regular schedule, with a focus on making sure supplies are in place by the end of each day.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and meal deliveries, ensuring items are received, sorted, and distributed efficiently.
• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance through clerical work, local errands, and support for operational initiatives as needed.
• Maintain task lists, checklists, and process records so routine responsibilities are completed consistently and nothing is missed.
• Communicate early and clearly when priorities shift or when a task may not be finished on time, helping the team adjust quickly.
• Support front-office coordination by assisting with inbound calls, scheduling needs, and general workplace requests.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office coordination, workplace support, administrative services, or a similar role.• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once while staying organized and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable handling mail distribution, supply management, and general clerical duties in a detail-focused setting.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to provide timely updates and respond effectively to workplace needs.
• Experience supporting schedules, events, or daily office logistics.
• Ability to take initiative, follow established processes, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in basic office technology and confidence answering inbound calls and responding to routine inquiries.
