Sales Support
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers and internal sales partners with product inquiries, order updates, and post-sale service needs.
• Enter sales orders accurately into company systems and confirm that pricing, quantities, and delivery details are complete.
• Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers to support account activity and strengthen ongoing business relationships.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to resolve order issues and keep transactions moving efficiently.
• Track order status and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders regarding changes or delays.
• Prepare sales-related documentation, maintain organized records, and ensure information is current and accurate.
• Support inside sales efforts by following up on requests, identifying customer needs, and helping move opportunities forward.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or a related customer-facing business role.• Practical experience with post-sales support, including resolving customer questions after orders are placed.
• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound customer communication in a detail-focused and efficient manner.
• Strong accuracy in order entry and the ability to work with detailed transactional information.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard business systems and tools used for sales coordination and order processing.
Compensation
