Compensation: $19 to $22 Hourly

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support specialist to join our team. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone with a strong customer service mindset and hands-on experience supporting sales activity from initial inquiry through post-sale follow-up. The role focuses on coordinating order processing, assisting with inbound and outbound customer interactions, and helping the sales team deliver a responsive and organized client experience.

Responsibilities:
• Support daily sales operations by handling customer inquiries, preparing information for the sales team, and ensuring timely follow-up on open requests.
• Process customer orders accurately, reviewing details carefully and entering information into internal systems with a high level of precision.
• Provide post-sale assistance by addressing order-related questions, resolving routine issues, and coordinating updates with customers as needed.
• Manage inbound communication from clients and prospects, offering prompt responses and directing requests to the appropriate internal contacts.
• Conduct outbound outreach to customers when follow-up is needed for orders, documentation, scheduling, or general account support.
• Partner closely with sales representatives to maintain organized account information, track activity, and help move opportunities through the sales process.
• Monitor order status and communicate changes, delays, or fulfillment updates to customers and internal stakeholders in a thorough manner.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, customer account coordination, or a related role.
• Practical experience with post-sales support, including handling customer questions after an order has been placed.
• Background in both inbound and outbound customer communication within a sales-driven environment.
• Strong order entry skills with the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple transactions or requests.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach to customer interactions.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced support setting.
• Proficiency with standard business systems and comfort learning internal sales or order management tools.

Compensation

$19.00-$22.00 Hourly
